What is BoxFit Boot Camp?

Boot Camp training is one of the healthiest and purest forms of exercise. By using just your body weight as resistance you can burn tons of calories, strengthen and tone muscles, improve your cardiovascular fitness, and enjoy an overall better sense of well-being. BoxFit Bootcamp is an interval based routine that combines cardio, strength training and resistance bands, making it one of the most effective workouts you can do. There are no fancy machines, this is back to the basics! As a group we will build strength, confidence and physical stamina.  With each class you will increase your fitness level, pushing yourself beyond expectations. There are modifications for every move so no matter what you're current fitness level you will see and feel results, continue to improve your overall fitness level and lose weight.
In each one hour class we use a variety of interval training, plyometrics, boxing techniques, strength training drills and competitive games.

Get out of the gym and into the great outdoors and experience a huge endorphin rush!
